We may collect and store information from you when you visit the MAMA Websites.

Information You Provide to MAMA

When you use the MAMA Websites to create an account, MAMA collects some personal information, such as your name, phone number, e-mail address, and home or business postal addresses. By providing this information to the Michigan Aerospace Manufacturers Association, you release the Michigan Aerospace Manufacturers Association from any liability in relation to the security of this information. MAMA encrypts the transmission of Sensitive Information, for your protection, using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Credit card information that is entered into this site is not stored on this site.

Log Data

When you use the MAMA Websites, we may record information about your online sessions including your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, the Web page visited before you came to the MAMA Web site, information you search for on the MAMA Web site, locale, date and time stamps of transactions, system configuration information and metadata, and other use of the MAMA Web site.

In addition to sending information about member benefits directly to you, MAMA sometimes shares your contact information with third-party member benefit providers that work on behalf of MAMA.  These providers are limited to using MAMA membership data only for the purposes that MAMA authorizes.  MAMA allows these third parties to have access to your information only for the purposes of performing these tasks on behalf of the MAMA.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement Requests; Protection of Michigan Aerospace Manufacturers Association’s Rights

We may disclose data stored in MAMA databases and information about you that we collect when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

·         prevent fraud or abuse of the Michigan Aerospace Manufacturers Association, or its members

·         protect Michigan Aerospace Manufacturers Association’s property rights

MAMA DATA SECURITY

We follow best practices to protect your information that is submitted to us. This Web site is scanned regularly for security vulnerabilities and is also PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant as determined by a PCI ASV (Payment Card Industry Approved Scanning Vendor). Storing or transmitting electronic data is not 100% secure. Therefore, MAMA cannot guarantee its absolute security. Changes to this policy will be made from time to time and posted to the MAMA Websites.
